Full-Service In & Out
Bring your boat to us and we'll do all the work. We'll remove the engine from the boat and disassemble it completely by removing the fuel, ignition, and lubrication systems. Once re-built, we'll re-assemble and re-install the engine into the boat. We will also install a new waterpump and inspect your gearcase/transmission and the change fluid. Assembled Powerhead Only

Machining Process
We offer In-House, full-service machining on all marine engines. We begin by carefully disassembling your engine block, paying special attention to identifying the cause(s) of the engine's failure. Once completely disassembled and diagnosed, we will contact you with our findings and options for rebuilding. There are times when the entire engine DOES NOT need rebuilding, and if that is the case with your engine we will give YOU the option of whether to repair it or to rebuild it!
WE ONLY USE QUALITY OEM PERFORMANCE PARTS. EVERY REBUILD OPTION IS GIVEN THE SAME CARE AND ATTENTION.
ENGINE PREP: Block, heads, exhaust plates, crankcase, rods, end caps and crankshaft are soaked in a chemical wash to remove all grease and build up. Then a second inspection is conducted to ensure that the block, crankshaft and rods are in usable condition. We will then bore and hone the cylinders to OE spec precision dimensions. If any of the cylinders cannot be cut to size, we will install a sleeve and size it accordingly. Once this process is completed, the block will undergo one final cleaning process before we begin to assemble your engine.
